Before co-founding Mitoc Group, Mrs. Ursu worked as Global Business Development at Michael C. Fina in New York. She contributed to company's expansion into Europe, China and Latin America, generating over $10M in new opportunities. Prior, Diana held various positions across Business Development, Industrial Management, Commercial Planning and Marketing for multi billion dollar corporation, Tenaris.

Diana holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance from Aurel Vlaicu University, Romania.

Vladimir is passionate resolving project challenges and creating the process to meet the deadlines. Also, Vladimir is passioned in helping people/teams upgrade their professional level and keep them motivated using couching technics. In future trying himself in public speaking.

Before co-founding Mitoc Group, Vladimir founded several companies from which is PyCoding and 404 Moldova. Worked as Quality Assurance Team Lead, Operations Manager, Project Manager for respectable companies like Thomson Reuters and TD Ameritrade. He had helped to deliver several challenging projects in finance.

He graduated State University from Moldova with Bachelor of Science degree in Economics - Banks and Stock Exchange.

Stela is the founder of Reframe.Work Inc., a consulting firm advising organizations on how to future-proof their work environment in light of demographic shifts, disruptive technology, value chain disintermediation and human behavior evolution. She also serves as the Program Director, Strategic Workforce Planning Council at The Conference Board, facilitating conversations with the leaders of workforce planning at Fortune 500 corporations on building global workforce strategies to deliver business performance.

She is the co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up group bringing together over 900 members in the NYC area to evolve the people analytics field. She is also the Founder, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amazing.Community - a non-profit organization with the goal to equip aging women with skills and support so they can stay in the workforce.

Previously Stela led the People Analytics functions at Fidelity Investments and TIAA, led the HR Strategy and Social Analytics function at IBM where she built their "future of work" strategy, and also held various management consulting roles advising the clients of Price Waterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM with human capital and digital transformations.

Stela holds a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, speaks three languages, has a patent pending for a social sentiment analysis tool, has published articles and papers, and is a sought-after speaker on the topics of People Analytics and the Future of Work.
