Prior, Diana held various positions across Business Development, Industrial Management, Commercial Planning and Marketing for multi billion dollar corporation, Tenaris.

Before co-founding Mitoc Group, Vladimir founded several companies from which is PyCoding and 404 Moldova. Worked as Quality Assurance Team Lead, Operations Manager, Project Manager for respectable companies like Thomson Reuters and TD Ameritrade. He had helped to deliver several challenging projects in finance.
He graduated State University from Moldova with Bachelor of Science degree in Economics - Banks and Stock Exchange.

She is the co-founder of the Strategic HR Analytics Meet-up group bringing together over 900 members in the NYC area to evolve the people analytics field. She is also the Founder, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Amazing.Community - a non-profit organization with the goal to equip aging women with skills and support so they can stay in the workforce.
Previously Stela led the People Analytics functions at Fidelity Investments and TIAA, led the HR Strategy and Social Analytics function at IBM where she built their "future of work" strategy, and also held various management consulting roles advising the clients of Price Waterhouse, PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM with human capital and digital transformations.
